Rajesh Makhija
Rajesh is an Executive Director and Advisor at McorpCX. In this role, he does what he’s done for more than 20 years: promotes new technology and digital-led transformations that improve customer and employee experience. He believes that transformation is always more about people than technology, and is passionate about digitally immersive experiential learning for the workforce.
Until May 2018, Rajesh was the CEO of Mphasis Wyde and Eldorado, two leading policy admin software product companies for the life / P&C insurance and health insurance sectors respectively. During his four-year tenure, he led a rapid, total turnaround at these companies.
In June 2017, Rajesh received the Gold Stevie Award for “Executive of the Year.” Under his leadership, Eldorado also won the Bronze Award for “Company of the Year” at the American Business Awards. Likewise, Mphasis was recognized as the “ET Digital Company of the Year.”
An experienced presenter, Rajesh has guest-lectured at multiple universities in the U.S. and India. He loves sharing his insight—both live at cross-industry forums or through writing for industry research and publications—on next-generation technologies that affect enterprise business operations. One of his most notable talks won him “Best Speaker of the Year” from IEEE in 2019.
