Daniel Brousseau

Dan is a veteran customer experience and business leader who works with leadership at large organizations, helping their teams to innovate their customer strategies, build organizational capability to compete on customer experience, and deliver exceptional customer and employee experiences at scale.

As Executive Director - Customer Experience, Wholesale Digital Banking at Wells Fargo, Dan focuses on transforming customer and employee experiences, innovating products, and driving business value.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Dan was the Senior Director and Global Financial Services Lead for Medallia, and served as Senior Vice President and head of Client Experience at City National Bank (CNB), an $80 billion asset, national US bank and a subsidiary of Royal Bank of Canada.

Dan also boasts over 20 years of consulting experience, focusing on customer experience, innovation, business transformation, and growth strategy. At West Monroe, Dan was a Partner responsible for leading the Western US CX consulting practice. At Forrester Research he led as Vice President and head of CX and Digital Business Consulting, responsible for building and leading the practice worldwide. In industry, Dan has held senior roles in technology and consumer goods firms.

Outside of work Dan is an avid cyclist, competitive sailor, hiker, an aspiring gardener, and a bit of a foodie.
