As a tenured Customer Experience Consultant partnering working with Fortune 500 companies across various industries, Kara has a depth of experience implementing effective CX strategies, capabilities, and tactics. Her expertise spans research, measurement, enablement, and design, ensuring that customer experience becomes a core component of business operations.
Having started her consulting career in Forrester Research’s Strategy Consulting organization, Kara has collaborated with multinational and mid-sized organizations to drive adoption and change in customer experience. She specializes in managing large, complex CX initiatives and works closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful results, particularly in regulatory industries such as healthcare, insurance, government, and financial services.
Before her tenure at Forrester, Kara honed her skills at mobile and social media startups, where she developed leading strategies in emerging technology. Outside of her professional pursuits, she is passionate about skiing and hiking, often seeking inspiration in the great outdoors to fuel her approach to leadership and innovation.
