Alexis Grabar
As Head of EMEA Markets Development, Alexis brings McorpCX's expertise to Europe and the Middle East. Based in London for 23 years, he is a recognized customer and employee experience expert, having previously co-founded and led experience software and services firm CXB HUB, and represented the UK for Academie du Service (formerly ACCOR group).
Alexis started his career at Airbus, spending a decade in marketing, strategy, and sales for the Helicopter and Aircraft division across Eastern Europe, Russia, and CIS countries. After earning an MBA from HEC Paris and an MA from Tufts University's Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, he worked as a Managing Consultant at Cap Gemini in Boston, London, and Paris. He has founded six companies and successfully exited three, including Mycxvision.com, sold to McorpCX in March 2024.
As a change management consultant and CX/EX expert, Alexis has worked with over 50 international brands, including Auchan Retail International, Veolia, Decathlon, Schneider Electric, Safran, Airbus/EADS, Southwestern Railway, and Jetcraft. Known for his strategic vision and leadership, Alexis excels in directing fast-growing businesses with an entrepreneurial and collaborative culture. His curiosity, creativity, and extensive industry expertise have fostered a broad international network of senior contacts.
Alexis also holds an MSc from Grenoble School of Management and is a member of the Automobile Club de France and a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society in London. He teaches International Experience Management and Agile Project Management at leading European business schools in London, Oxford, and Paris.
