Richard Schwartz is Advisory Director, Healthcare and Voice of the Customer (VoC) at McorpCX, where he brings more than 30 years of experience transforming how life sciences and healthcare organizations connect with patients, providers, and colleagues. A strategist and change advocate, Richard helps clients bridge the gap between customer insight and business performance through experience-led transformation.
As founder of Rx4CX, LLC, and creator of "Experience as a Medicine™ (EaaM), Richard leads a growing movement to clinically validate how compassion, simplicity, and experience design improve health outcomes. His work spans top biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device innovators—helping them operationalize empathy, activate the Voice of the Customer, and scale meaningful change.
Previously, Richard served as Life Sciences Industry Practice Lead at both Qualtrics and Medallia, guiding global healthcare brands in building experience maturity and enterprise-wide engagement. He continues to advance cross-industry collaboration and evidence-based standards for delivering human-centered healthcare experience.
