Tom is a Customer Engagement specialist with more than 30 years’ experience transforming national and multi-national corporations. He helps clients navigate rapidly evolving business models and technologies, including the practical application of Artificial Intelligence, within operations and customer-facing business units with his deep business and technical skills.
Tom brings a global view to strategy and operations and has operated successfully around the world across many cultures. He has led multi-national sales teams—driving revenue growth and recovery strategies—and has significant experience in sales operations/landing.
A Microsoft veteran for more than 17 years, Tom was a consulting Client Partner with 12 years’ business and systems integration experience. He has led sales re-engineering and automation efforts for national and multi-national companies such as Sybase/SAP, PeopleSoft/Oracle, GE Financial, Toshiba Medical and more, and his quantifiable accomplishments include: defining the end-to-end process and organization model for successful transition of 12k IT employees to cloud computing; landing Microsoft Business Apps industry penetration strategy for services in Financial Services ($110M+) and Healthcare ($15M+) over the course of 24 months; and leading a sales automation turn-round effort that led the $1B+ customer to credit him with having “saved the company.”
Tom has a BS in Business Management and a Masters of Business Administration from the David Eccles School of Business, University of Utah.
